Flexible Tenancy Agreement Granted pursuant to Part 4 and sections 107A-107E, Housing Act 1985
Flexible Tenancy Agreement • May 10th, 2022

This tenancy is a flexible tenancy, within the meaning of the Housing Act 1985. This means that it is a secure tenancy for a term certain of five years, as identified on the first page of this agreement. During those five years the tenant has most of the same rights as a secure tenant, including security of tenure. After five years, unless the council grants the tenant a further tenancy, the council can recover possession of the property in accordance with s.107D, Housing Act 1985.
