For the reasons set out below, the position commences on ____________ (“Start Date”) and expires when the Employer has no further kiwifruit picking, packing, harvesting or other work available for the Employee in the current season. The Employee acknowledges that the Employer cannot predict the exact end date of the season, but will give the Employee at least 2 days written notice of the end of the season, and this employment agreement will end at the end of that notice period (“Expiry Date”).
