This Fiscal Sponsorship Agreement (Agreement) is made by and between the Mid-Shore Community Foundation (Sponsor) and (Committee). Sponsor is a Maryland corporation exempt from taxation under the Internal Revenue Code section 501(c) (3) and a public charity under IRC Sections 509(a) (1) and 170(b) (1) (A) (vi). The Committee is an association established to manage the affairs of the Project described below.
