This First Supplemental Paying Agent Agreement, dated as of November1, 2020 (the “First Supplemental Paying Agent Agreement”), is by and between the Lodi Unified School District, a school district duly established and existing under the laws of the State of California (the “District”) and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., a national banking association duly organized and existing pursuant to the laws of the United States of America (the “Paying Agent”).
