THIS AGREEMENT is entered into as of August 17, 2022, by and between the Truckee Charter School Foundation dba Sierra Expeditionary Learning School, (hereinafter “Charter”) a Charter School approved by the Board of Education of the Tahoe Truckee Unified School District pursuant to the California Charter Schools Act of 1992, and the Board of Education of the Tahoe Truckee Unified School District, a school district organized and existing under the laws of the state of California (hereinafter "District").
