This Final Severance Agreement and Release is made and entered into between Darrell Wood (hereinafter "WOOD"), and Luby's, Inc., its owners, successors, directors, officers, both individually and in their capacity as directors and officers, managers, current and former employees, consultants, agents, attorneys, and assigns and all affiliated entities (hereinafter collectively referred to as "LUBY'S").
