This Amendment to Final Master Plan Development Agreement for Teton Reserve (“Amendment”) is entered into by and among Teton Reserve Master Association, Inc., and TR Golf LLC, collectively, the successors to Teton Valley Golf Associates, LP (and referred to herein, collectively, as “Developer”) on one hand, and Teton County, Idaho (“County”) on the other hand. Developer and the County are each a “party” to this Amendment, together, they are the “parties” hereto.
