This Location Filming and Production Access Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Lock and Key Productions (“Producer”) and the City of Baton Rouge, Parish of East Baton Rouge (“CompanyCity-Parish”), with regard to CompanyCity-Parish’s participation in connection with the television project currently entitled “Untitled Ambulance Project” (the “Program”), which is intended for initial broadcast by CBS Broadcasting, Inc. (“Network”). In consideration of the promises and other good and valuable consideration contained in this Agreement, the parties agree as follows:
