EXHIBIT AFederal Grant Conditions • June 9th, 2009
This Contract is subject to a financial assistance contract between YCTD and the United States of America (hereinafter “Federal Government”), acting through the Department of Transportation (hereinafter “U. S. DOT”), and Federal Transit Administration (hereinafter “FTA”). Contractor shall at all times comply with all applicable FTA regulations, policies, procedures and directives including without limitation those listed directly or by reference in the procedures and directives including without limitation those listed directly or by reference in the FTA Master Agreement between YCTD and FTA, as amended, and are incorporated herein by this reference. The Contractor shall comply with these FTA requirements and as they may be amended or promulgated from time to time during the term of this Contract. The Contractor shall not perform any act, fail to perform any act, or refuse to comply with any YCTD directives which would cause YCTD to be in violation of the FTA terms and conditions. Cont
