, 2021 (“Effective Date”) by and between United Way of Forsyth County, a nonprofit corporation with its principal office address at 240 Elm St, Cumming, GA 30040, (hereinafter “Nonprofit”) and Forsyth County, Georgia, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, acting by and through its governing authority, the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners (hereinafter “Forsyth County” or “County”), collectively referred to herein as the “parties”.
