The purpose of this letter is to request an extension of the following lease agreements in place between Casella Associates, Inc., and Casella Waste Management, Inc. (CWM):

Biotel Inc – Third Extension of Lease Agreement (September 28th, 2010)

This Agreement is made this 7 day of April, 2010 by and between Bannockburn Executive Plaza L.L.C. (Landlord), and Agility Centralized Research Services, Inc. (Tenant);

TVI Corporation – First Extension of Lease Agreement (August 1st, 2007)

This First Extension of Lease Agreement dated July 27, 2007 is made by and between Ernest & Alice Mark Family Trust and Michael & Sally Mark Family Trust (Lessor) and Signature Special Event Services, Inc., a Maryland corporation, Tax ID 20-5692946 (Lessee).

Biotel Inc – Second Extension of Lease Agreement (February 14th, 2007)

This Agreement is made this 28th day of December, 2006 by and between Bannockburn Executive Plaza L.L.C. (Landlord), and Agility Centralized Research Services, Inc. (Tenant);

Impart Media Group – Extension of Lease Agreement (April 17th, 2006)

This Agreement made this 30th day of March 2004 between S.I.K. ASSOCIATES c/o Kaufman Management Company, LLC located at 450 Seventh Avenue, New York, NY 10123 hereinafter called "OWNER," party of the first part and E & M ADVERTISING, INC. currently located at 462 Seventh Avenue, New York, NY 10018 hereinafter called "TENANT," party of the second part;

RE: Extension of Lease Agreement Dated Sept 1, 2000 And (August 15th, 2005)

In reference to the above subject Lease Agreement between Cogent Communications, Inc., (Tenant) and 6715 Kenilworth Avenue Partnership (Landlord), the parties agree to extend the lease referenced above for an additional one (1) year term with a new expiration date of August 31, 2006.

Re: Extension of Lease Agreement Dated Sept 1, 2000 And (August 15th, 2005)

In reference to the above subject Lease Agreement between Cogent Communications, Inc. (Tenant) and 6715 Kenilworth Avenue Partnership (Landlord), the parties agree that Tenant may by written notice, at least 30 days prior to expiration of lease, extend the lease for one year, with a new expiration date of August 31, 2007.

Century Casinos, Inc. – Extension of Lease Agreement and Confirmation of Option Agreement (July 8th, 2005)

THIS EXTENSION OF LEASE AGREEMENT AND CONFIRMATION OF OPTION AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is entered into as of this 1st day of July, 2005 (the "Effective Date") by and between TELLER REALTY, INC., a Colorado corporation ("Teller"), and WMCK ACQUISITION CORP., a Delaware corporation ("WMCK").
