This is an offer by Exhibitor for exhibit space at the 2016 Annual Meetings & Exhibits of the National Rifle Association (hereinafter referred to as “NRA”) at the Kentucky Exposition Center, Louisville, KY on May 20-22, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the “Show”). This offer is subject to acceptance by NRA. Such acceptance is at the sole discretion of NRA. Exhibitor agrees to abide by all terms listed on the front and back of this document as well as any attached hereto. Exhibitor agrees to abide by any further rules and regulations which may be imposed by NRA at the Show, including, but not limited to, rules and regulations which do not appear on this document and/or are not attached hereto.
