In this agreement, the term “Exhibitor” means all employees and/or subcontractors of employees and the “Exhibition” means the HAC 2015 Convention and Trade Show taking place at the Vancouver Convention Centre, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, November 13 – 15, 2015. “HAC” means Helicopter Association of Canada, its employees and contractors.
