AmeriGas Partners, L.P. – AMERIGAS PROPANE, INC. SUPPLEMENTAL EXECUTIVE RETIREMENT PLAN as Amended and Restated Effective June 15, 2017 (August 4th, 2017)

The purpose of the AmeriGas Propane, Inc. Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan (the "AGP SERP") is to provide a fair and competitive level of retirement benefits to certain management and other highly compensated employees and thereby to attract and retain the highest quality executives to AmeriGas Propane, Inc. To address these purposes, certain employees of AmeriGas Propane, Inc. (those designated as "Participants") will be provided with supplemental retirement benefits.
