This Executive Leadership Group Agreement (the “ELG Agreement”) is entered into between __________________ (hereinafter the “Executive”) and Raytheon Technologies Corporation (“Raytheon Technologies”), a Delaware corporation, with an office and place of business at 870 Winter Street, Waltham, Massachusetts (Raytheon Technologies and all its subsidiaries, divisions and affiliates are hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
