This EXCLUSIVE TECHNOLOGY SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made on January 1st, 2011 in Shanghai, the People’s Republic of China (the “PRC”) by and between Shanghai JIDI Network Technology Co., Ltd.
