Thank you for signing up to be a member of the Yaymaker Event Owner Program! Solely for purposes of this agreement (the “Agreement”) and ease of reference, Paint Nite LLC, Your Nite LLC, and Paint Nite Canada Company are referred to herein as the “Company” or “Yaymaker” though each shall retain its separate corporate existence, and the term “Company” will refer to one or the other depending on the circumstances to which it is referred. Your agreement shall be with the entity listed at the end of these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). “Yaymaker” is the brand name for Company Events.
