This Agreement EAL-081211-Rev5 (the “Agreement”) is made between European Antennas Limited (a company incorporated in England, company number 2547237) trading as Cobham Antenna Systems, Microwave Antennas, whose registered address is Brook Road, Wimborne, Dorset, BH21 2BJ, UK and fax nr is +44 1638 731999 (“Purchaser”) issuing the order in which these terms are referenced and the recipient company (“Supplier”) of such Purchase Order. Supplier and Purchaser shall be known individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”. This agreement shall become effective upon the date of the Purchaser’s written order, to the Supplier (the “Effective Date”).
