By executing and submitting the Order that references these Master Terms, Customer acknowledges that it has had the opportunity to view the Master Agreement and any applicable Product Supplement and hereby agrees to the terms and conditions contained herein and in each applicable Product Supplement. The individual(s) executing the Order represent that they have the authority to bind Customer to the Agreement.
