This EOS Token Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions that govern your use of the EOS distribution smart contract (the “EOS Distribution Contract”); use of the related ERC-20 EOS token smart contact (the “EOS Token Contract”); and purchase of the related ERC-20 compatible tokens distributed on the Ethereum blockchain (the “EOS Tokens”) and is an agreement between you or the entity that you represent (“Buyer” or “you”) and block.one (“block.one,” together with its parent company, subsidiaries and affiliates, “Company”). Buyer, block.one and Company are herein referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively, as the “Parties”.
