THIS FIREWORKS DISPLAY AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made effective as of the later of the dates set forth below the signatures below (“Effective Date”) by and between Pyrotecnico Fireworks Inc. (“Pyrotecnico”) and City of Senoia (“Sponsor”), sometimes referred to individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties.” In consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Parties agree as follows:
