This Envelope Recycling Program Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between AeroFlexx LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) and TerraCycle (hereinafter referred to as “TerraCycle”) this 1 day of July 2020 (the “Effective Date”).
