Read the terms and conditions of this Enterprise Service Provider Agreement carefully. This is a legal and enforceable contract between You and Symantec. You agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement if You click on the “Agreed” button and return this Agreement to Symantec or otherwise electronically indicate your agreement, or if You request or receive any benefits under the Enterprise Service Provider Program and this Agreement. If You do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not request or accept Enterprise Service Provider Program benefits. By offering You this Agreement, Symantec agrees, and by accepting below, You agree, that no Symantec counter signature is required to make this Agreement binding on both parties. However, no changes to the text of this Agreement as provided by Symantec, whether such changes are marked or unmarked, shall be binding upon Symantec without Symantec’s express written agreement to such changes.
