These Software General Terms (“General Terms”) are entered into as of the date last signed (“Effective Date”) between Graylog, Inc., a Delaware corporation, located at 1301 Fannin St., Suite 2000, Houston, TX 77002 (“Graylog”), and the customer executing these General Terms (”Customer”). By downloading, installing, accessing or using the Software or Hosted Service, you agree to these General Terms. If you are entering into these General Terms on behalf of Customer, you represent that you have the authority to bind Customer.
