This Mutual Aid Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered by and between the signatory parties on behalf of their respective law enforcement authorities (collectively the “Parties”) and shall be effective on the date that the Agreement has been signed by all Parties and approved by their respective governing bodies (“Effective Date”).
