Check Me, Corp. or its subsidiaries, affiliates, and suppliers (collectively "Renova") own intellectual property rights in the Renova Platform. This Schedule is made as of [____________, 20____] (the “Schedule Effective Date”) between DTCC Solutions LLC, a New York limited liability company (“DTCC Solutions”), and the client whose name appears below (“User”). This Schedule is a Schedule to the Analytic Reporting Service Appendix (“Appendix”) to the DTCC Solutions Operating Procedures (“Operating Procedures”), which Operating Procedures and Appendix are incorporated by reference to the User Agreement between DTCC Solutions and User, dated [____________, 20____] (collectively, the “Agreement”), and incorporates the terms thereof. Any term used herein that is defined in the Operating Procedures or in the Appendix, and not defined herein, shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Operating Procedures or the Appendix, as the case may be.
