This employment agreement (this "Agreement"), dated as of December 31, 2010 (the "Effective Date"), is made by and between Velvet Rope Special Events, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), and Xin Tian (the "Executive") (each, a "Party" and together, the "Parties").
