I, (“Employee”), recognize and acknowledge that my position with CLEARWIRE CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (together with any of its related or affiliated entities, the “Company”) will be one of trust and confidence. I understand and acknowledge that the Company has a legitimate interest in preventing the dissemination or misuse of Confidential Information, including trade secrets belonging to the Company, and therefore agree to sign this Employee Intellectual Property Agreement (“Agreement”).
