The “System” refers to the equipment sold to you which may include, without limitation, a cellular base station, help button(s), location aware (GPS coordinates only) mobile communicator, fall detection pendent(s), and any other accessories, devices and features (collectively, “Equipment”). The word “premises” refers to your address set-forth above.
