BP Products North America Inc., BP Pipelines (North America) Inc. and any of their affiliates as defined below, hereinafter referred to as “Company”, desire to have the “Work” described below performed in a safe manner, free of accidents, and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Emergency Response Service Agreement (“Agreement”).
