, 2020, by and among EMBOTELLADORA DEL CARIBE INC, a Corporation (the “Company”), and the undersigned parties (hereinafter, each a “Recipient” or collectively, the “Recipients”). The Company and Recipients each may be referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as “Parties”). In the event any undersigned Recipient is an entity, the person executing this Agreement on behalf of such Recipient shall be jointly and severally liable for the performance and compliance herewith.
