This Contract to provide Elevator Maintenance and Repair Services to the Orange County Sheriff-Coroner Department, Agreement, hereinafter referred to as “Contract” is made and entered into as of the date fully executed by and between, Fujitec America, Inc. with a place of business at 19840 Hamilton Ave, Torrance, CA 90502-1312; hereinafter referred to as "Contractor," and the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California, Sheriff Department with a place of business at 320 N. Flower Street, 2nd Floor, Santa Ana, CA 92703, hereinafter referred to as "County," which may be referred individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties.”
