Objective: I will complete the studies below during the semester as they are outlined in the Cucamonga School District Curriculum. I will turn in my assignments and work records forms. The Cucamonga School District will provide me with a teacher, textbooks/materials, computer time, and field trips. I understand that it is district policy that for grades and for the program no more than may elapse between the date and assignment is made and the date on which it is due.
