ELECTROSONIC LIMITED SOFTWARE LICENCEElectrosonic Limited Software Licence • October 29th, 2019
This licence shall be effective from the date of delivery of equipment and related Software by Electrosonic to the Customer and shall remain in effect until the Customer discontinues the use of such Software. The Customer acknowledges that title to and ownership of the Software shall at all times remain with Electrosonic or the owner of Distributed Software, and that the Customer will comply with all applicable terms of any third party licence relating to any Distributed Software (in addition to the terms herein and any other contract with Electrosonic).
