This ED TECH SERVICES AND DATA SHARING AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of September 08, 2020 (“Effective Date”) by the Board of Education of the City of Chicago, a body politic and corporate, commonly known as Chicago Public Schools, (the “Board” or “CPS”), and Project Lead the Way, Inc, with principal place of business located at 3939 Priority Way South Drive, Suite 400, Indianapolis, Indiana 46420 (the “Provider”).
