This License Agreement (“Agreement”) by and between, the American Psychological Association, a not-for-profit, tax-exempt association with its principal office at 750 First Street, NE, Washington, DC 20002-4242 (“APA”), and National University of Ireland Maynooth, Maynooth University, whose principal address is at Maynooth, Co Kildare, Ireland (“Maynooth University” or “Licensee”) acting on its own behalf and as non-exclusive agent on behalf of the other Members of the IReL Consortium (the two entities collectively referred to as “the Parties”), has been executed as of the later of the two dates shown beneath the Parties’ signatures below.
