This DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT FOR NON-PROFIT USES (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Google LLC, with its principal offices at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 (“Google”), and , with its principal offices at (“Institution”), and is effective as of the date signed by Google below (the “Agreement Effective Date”). Google and Institution herein are sometimes referred to hereinafter individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
