This Agreement is effective as of the date below by and between SereniGy Global Inc (hereinafter referred to as “SereniGy”), a company organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A., having a principal business office at 201 South Biscayne Blvd. Suite #2800, Miami, Florida 33131 U.S.A; and the following entity: Comer Libre DE Nuevo S.A, its principal place of business at: P.O. Box 556-2050 San Pedro, Costa Rica, (hereinafter referred to as “Importer”).
