This License Agreement is entered into between Da Vinci Publishing, in the person of its legal representative, Edmondo Filippini, based in Osaka and hereinafter referred to as “Company/Licensee”, and (filling in of the personal datasheet is mandatory), hereinafter referred to as “Artist/Licensor”, who declares him/herself to be the sole owner and holder of all rights to use the Master containing the recordings of his/her performances.
