This DIRECTV CLIENT SUPPORT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), Effective January 1, 2021 (the “Effective Date”) until replaced, by and between Groove Entertainment Technologies Inc. (“Groove”), a Utah corporation with its primary office at 4141 South Highland Drive, Suite 100, Salt Lake City, Utah 84124, and the Client (the “Client”), describes the terms and conditions of Client’s receipt of this Agreement and Scope of Services (as described herein).
