The following terms and all other schedules and exhibits attached hereto (all of which are made a part hereof and incorporated herein by this reference), constitute the agreement ("Agreement"), dated as of _________, between SONY PICTURES TECHNOLOGIES, INC. ("Company") and PRODUCERENTITY, INC. Dance Films Association, Inc. ("Client"), with respect to Company rendering digital media technical services, as well as providing certain equipment on the music dance documentary [theatrical motion picture/television production/music video] currently entitled " Cunningham 3D________________" (the "Production") to be produced by Client.
