This Development Investment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into effective as of the latest date set forth on the signature page to this Agreement, by and between the investor executing this Agreement on the signature page hereto (the “Investor”), whose address is as provided to the WeFunder crowdfunding portal (the “Portal”) and Calculated Development LLC, a Utah LLC (the “Company” that is a wholly owned Special Purpose Entity (“SPE”) of One Door Studios LLC, a Utah LLC, with an executive office located at 4320 Modoc Rd., Suite F, Santa Barbara, CA 93110), in connection with the motion picture (the “Picture”) currently titled “Calculated” based on the original screenplay by the same name, and being produced, inter alia, by John Lee, Stephen Wollwerth, Jason Brents and the Company (collectively “Producer”). The Picture is based upon the novel “Calculated” written by Nova McBee, set in Seattle Washington and Shanghai China.

K Enter Holdings Inc, headquartered at 1 6192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, County of Sussex (hereinafter referred to as “K Enter”), and Anseilen (hereinafter referred to as “the Production Company”), agree to enter into this Planning and Development Investment Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”) related to the planning and development of a drama.
