THIS DEVELOPMENT, EVALUATION, AND OPTION AGREEMENT (this "Agreement"), dated as of the date last written below (the “Effective Date”), is made by and between AeroFlexx LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Company”) and Fameccanica.Data S.p.A., an Italian corporation (“Supplier”).
