This CHAPTER 380 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF NACOGDOCHES, TEXAS, a Texas home-rule municipality (the “City”), and Diggs Cleaners dba Grogan’s Cleaners, a Texas limited liability company, its successors and assigns (“Grantee”).
