This Design Support Agreement (“Agreement”) is made this day of December, 2016, by and between the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, an interstate compact agency, (“WMATA”) and the County Board of Arlington County, Virginia, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia (“County”) (sometimes collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”).
