Exhibit “A” – ON-DEMAND RIDESHARE PROJECT SCOPE OF SERVICES, attached hereto and incorporated herein as if written word for word, shall replace the Exhibit “A” attached to the Fourth Renewal and Modification. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions set forth in this Amendment and Exhibit “A”, this Amendment shall govern and control.
FLOW DOWN PROVISIONSDemand Rideshare Project Contract • May 27th, 2020
CONTRACTOR agrees to comply with the applicable FTA Flow Down Provisions in Exhibit “C”, attached hereto and incorporated herein as if written word for word, in its implementation of the Arlington RAPID program pursuant to Section 11 of Exhibit A to the extent those provisions are required or apply to Contractor as a Third Party Contractor or Third Party Participant. For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties are not contracting for the development of a patented or patentable invention, improvement, or discovery, or a Subject Invention, as that term is defined in 37 CFR § 401.2.
