This Enthought Python Foundations Training on Demand Evaluation License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between Enthought, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Enthought”), and the licensee subscriber who accepts the terms of this Agreement (“you” or the “Customer”). The effective date of this Agreement (the “Effective Date”) is the earlier of the date you accept this Agreement or the first date you Access or use EToD. Please read this Agreement carefully before using EToD. By Accessing, installing or using EToD, Customer signifies its assent to and acceptance of the terms of this Agreement. If you do not accept the terms of this Agreement, then Customer must not use EToD.
