The terms and conditions set out below in these Software License Requirements, supplement, to the extent a conflict exists, supersede, and take precedence over the terms and conditions of Exhibit A. For clarification in this agreement, Publisher and Licensor are synonymous.

For clarification in this agreement, Publisher and Licensor are synonymous. All purchases of licensed products under this Agreement will be made through Licensor’s authorized reseller Carahsoft Technology Corp. (“Contractor”).
