The Debit Card is issued by the Karnataka Bank with its Registered and Head office at Mangaluru – 575002 on the following Terms & Conditions. Please read these Debit Card Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Card. These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions involving use of the Card. By using the Debit Card the Cardholder unconditionally accepts the Terms and Conditions listed hereunder and will be bound by them and the Cardholder accepts the onus of ensuring compliance with the relevant Reserve Bank of India's (RBI) Regulations, all the rules and regulations framed under the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007 and as amended/modified/ applicable from time to time and any other corresponding enactment in force from time to time.
