Welcome to the DealMtrx User Agreement and Terms of Use. This is an agreement (“Agreement”) between PE Connection, Inc. (“DealMtrx"), the owner and operator of www.dealmtrx.com and any DealMtrx software, application, components, and any associated services offered through DealMtrx (collectively the “Platform”) and User (“User”, “it”, “you”, or “your”), a User of the Platform. Throughout this Agreement, the words “DealMtrx,” “us,” “we,” and “our,” refer to our company, as is appropriate in the context of the use of the words.
